The Shear Express, Inc. Family of Salons has four locations in The Villages, FL, and has been working with Michael Cole for over 20 years. This fall, Step Up! Fast Track to Wealth blew it up with Dynamite! As of December 2010, 39 of the stylists had their “Best Yet” month, “new money” numbers went through the roof, and there was an overall annual increase of 14.5%!

Shear Express has OCCD – obsessive compulsive color disorder – eight people passed the Color Certification exam in 2010 and they will be coloring – and retailing - anything that moves!
Triple Digit Wisdom
Step Up! Fast Track to Wealth teaches stylists to profile their clientele, and “triple digit clients” are those with service tickets with three digits, who tend to get haircolor services. In fact . . . triple digit clients represent 80% of total retail sales . . . triple digit clients place greater value on their image and consequently are willing to spend MUCH more money their hair . . . and triple digit clients buy boatloads more retail than double digit clients!

“December is usually the best month of the year,” reports Janet, “and each subsequent March, we beat that number. So if history remains consistent over the last 25 years, we’re looking forward to a terrific year!” Kevin adds, “Step Up! Fast Track to Wealth has reignited the staff and showed them a new way to grow their incomes . . . yes, 2011 will be our best year yet!”
