BRANDI BUSS

Brandi had been working as a stylist in a salon that offered little structure, tools, motivation, nor encouragement. She was not growing, and often felt she was not good at her craft. She was down on her self, and second guessing her career. A year ago, she began to work at Mosaic Salon.

Brandi recalls, “when I walked into Mosaic Salon, I had no idea what great things were in store for me!  It took awhile, but one day I decided to forget everything I had known as a stylist. I pushed aside my hurt, negative feelings and I put complete trust in my new employers and The Redken System.”

The Rest is History . . .

Brandi began her journey with one on ones and tracking in her Top 20 Journal. She found the support, the tools and the motivation that she needed. In 10 short months, she jumped from a Level 1 to a Level 3 stylist, and will be at Level 4 by the end of the year!

Brandi Steps UP to a life-changing experience

Brandi attended Step Up! Fast Track to Wealth in June. Little did she suspect that the most important lesson she would learn is how to explode her take home pay and not rely so much on her husband’s income. She took her husband’s pay check completely out of the equation and immediately began the steps to increase hers.

Boom Goes The Dynamite!

The first week after Step Up, Brandi’s ticket service and retail sales exploded, and she felt confident that she could support her five person family on her own. Two weeks later, her husband’s company unexpectedly downsized, and he was let go.

“If I were in the same situation one year ago I don’t know how my family would have survived,” says Brandi. “Because of Step Up! Fast Track to Wealth, salon owners, Renee and Todd, and Redken, I have more than doubled my income. I have the tools I need to support my family, and it’s only going to go up from here!”

Sharing the wealth

Brandi now shares these experiences, along with what she learned from Step Up, with her co-workers at monthly meetings. She enjoys the amazing experience of watching her peers explode their income and become confident and thriving stylists, just as she is today!
