The Step Up! Fast Track to Wealth page on Facebook offers a daily post to keep people on the fast track. Certain posts seem strike a chord, collecting more “Likes” and comments than others. Whether you are reading them for the first time or revisiting them, the response to the following ten posts from 2010 was off the charts! BGTD!

1. Gratitude is The Attitude that turns despair into hope; chaos into order, & scarcity into wealth, because gratitude is the agent that transforms negative energy into positive energy. Financial explosions begin the  moment we stop being hateful & start being grateful. Thank you very  much! BGTD!
2. Be very mindful of how you plan the next 35 days in the salon, for in that time frame you will earn 35% of your annual income! Don’t just show up & do what’s on the book, lest you get so busy doing hair for friendly discounts that you have no time to make New Money! Make damn sure that the money at the end of the day is higher than it looked at the beginning. Plan your work, work your plan & watch your pay explode. BGTD!
3. To outgrow the fear of charging correctly for your services & not give away friendly discounts, follow The Rule of OPO: Other Peoples Opinions of you are none of your damn business. It’s your opinion of yourself that makes you worth the price you charge. BGTD!
4. Stop using your tips as Mad Money. Stop smoking, eating & drinking your tips. Stop letting people use you as an ATM machine. Save the first $5 a day in tips. Do that for a year & you have $2000. In 10 years you have $30,000. In 20 years you have $100,000. In 40 years you have a million dollars & if you don’t have 40 years left than save $10 a day. Stop screwing around: save your tips & watch your life explode! BGTD!
5. Stylist with DTP – Disease to Please -  are easily guilted or intimidated into doing what they don’t want to do. As long as the prices you charge are influenced by DTP, you will suffer. Only when you heal your dependency for approval will people stop taking advantage of you. Stop DTP & watch your life explode. BGTD!
6. Be mindful of how much of your down time you spend resting. Don’t allow yourself to idle too long, lest complacency overcomes your ambition, self doubt overcomes your self worth & scarcity overcomes your wealth. The only thing more deadly than resting too much, is resting too much and thinking that it doesn’t matter. Rest long enough to gather strength for your next right action & watch your life explode. BGTD!
7. Never loan more money to friends or family than you can afford to flush down the toilet. Nothing ruins a relationship faster than loaning money to  people who you know damn well can’t or won’t pay you back because they have not yet learned to manage their own life or their own money. Save the relationship by loving them enough to give them $5 but not loan them $500. BGTD!
8. Avoid the envious: Envy says I don’t have the courage to get what you have but I don’t want you to have it either. We must stop listening to envious words lest they rob us of the courage to achieve & murders our potential for financial explosions. Hang with those who celebrate your effort. BGTD!
9. Watch out for the “It’s too late for me I’m too old to change I’ve always been this way that’s just the way I am” Drama Syndrome! To believe that crap is to sentence oneself to a shitty life. To give up that crap is to unleash the power to get more accomplished in a few months than most get done in several years. Make the decision to get over the drama & watch your life explode. BGTD!
10. If you’re suffering from a temporary loss of faith & the courage, know that you’re not alone & that this too shall pass. Sooner or later you’ll be restored & later comes sooner than you think. In the meantime, I’ll lend you mine until you get yours back. When it does, you can lend yours to someone who has temporarily lost theirs. Now get back in the game.
